Getting Help



You can get help for any VPN problems in a number of ways. You can contact support via email by using the 'Report a Problem' form or you can visit IT Support in the Library building on campus. The official route to formally report a problem is via the 'Report a Problem form' that is linked to below:


Please note your password for the VPN is your date of birth in the format of dd/mm/yyyy. This is also your email password. This is different to your intranet password. You are advised to change this password once you have logged in to your email account.
